Ingredients:
Water, Ethyl alcohol, Pvp, Sodium Polyacrylate
How to Use:
Starting with clean, dry lashes, dip your micro brush applicator into the bottle and apply a small amount of primer throughout the lashes. This will open the cuticles of the lash and allow for a stronger hold giving your clients maximum retention.
